Ever wonder what it takes to be as fast as Ryan Atkins or Meb Keflezighi during a race?  Well... I'm here to show you! 

Each of the exercises in this video will help you increase speed and stamina during your next race.  I suggest giving it 6-10 weeks of solid training using these techniques - in addition to running and other training - before you'll see the results you're looking for.
