Here we are in Week number 9 of the Unbreakable SGX Series!  

We've worked on a lot of different muscle groups, and have been going strong with the 10 reps of 10 exercises for 10 days thing.  I'm really proud of all of you who are keeping up with these right now!

One of the biggest struggles that I have personally in staying tenacious with is stretching.  I know it's good for me and I always make my clients do some stretches at the end of our trainings or sessions, but I have such a hard time working into my own daily routine.  Our challenge this week is to stay tenacious as we work through these stretches, and really focus on increasing flexibility in a safe way.
