Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion.  Flexibility is the ability of a muscle(s) to lengthen and return to a normal state. The combination of both helps prevent injury, improve joint health, and maintain a body/system where the client has active control over the positions they move through.

In the fitness community, mobility and flexibility are too often ignored or sidelined. At Live Unbreakable, we know that focusing on these two areas of training helps to build a stronger foundation for our athletes, and supports their overarching goals. With this package, our trainers will build you a personalized prehab program that focuses on balancing range of motion, strength, coordination, and muscle stabilization to prevent injury. Weaknesses will soon become a source of power through specific skills and drills designed to adapt to the athletes’ existing physical training plans.
