Shaun Provost is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Obstacle Course and Endurance Athlete whose passion is fueled by traveling and racing around the globe. With a focus on Spartan Race Stadiums, Trail Running, and Marathons (and very recently, triathlons!), Shaun Lives Unbreakable, and wants to train you to do so, too.
Her own experiences of broken bones, torn ligaments, strained muscles, and other various injuries have taught her valuable lessons and helped her train athletes to become stronger and more versatile. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and prehab, Shaun wants to share her coaching and experiences with YOU so you can avoid her mistakes and Live Unbreakable.
