Hey everybody!

So I've been getting lots of requests about some training videos, so I thought I would go ahead and post one of my favorites.  The below video is my tabata abs workout, it can replace any ab or core workout you have during the week.

A Tabata is a high-intensity workout (HIIT) protocol that has tons of fitness and weight-loss benefits.  Usually under 45 minutes in length, these workouts involve a structured amount of time practicing a skill with half that amount of time as a break.  In between each set, you take a longer break; i.e. 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, for the entire set, 1 minute break before repeating 4 times through, then a minute break before the start of the next circuit.

For instance, my Tabata Abs Circuit uses a 30/15 structure.  30 seconds doing work, 15 second break, 45 second break at the end before repeating the set.  For an added challenge, I like my last tabata set to be straight through with no breaks!  See below for my Tabata Abs routine and video. Try it out, and let me know how you like it!
